Urgent advice: Urgent Appointment

To request an urgent same day appointment (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays):

  • phone us on 01633 251304 from 8am to 6.30pm 
  • visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist from 8am to 6.00pm

If you feel that your medical condition is urgent and cannot wait for a routine appointment you can contact the surgery on the first day of your condition occurring.

You will be asked about your symptoms so you can be allocated to the correct clinician.

Patients will not be able to choose which clinician they wish to see for urgent appointments. 

Urgent appointment requests should not be made via e-mail

 

Non-urgent advice: Routine Appointment (face-to-face)

To request a routine appointment (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays):

Routine appointments can be booked up to 14 days in advance and our reception staff will do their utmost to book your appointment with a specific doctor on request, although this is not always possible and may cause a delay in you being seen.

Non-urgent advice: Routine Appointment (telephone)

To request a routine telephone appointment (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays):

  • phone us on 01633 251304 from 8am to 6.30pm
  • visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist from 8am to 6.00pm
  • e-mail the surgery at enquiries.w93049@wales.nhs.uk

Routine telephone appointments can be booked at any time and our reception staff will do their utmost to book your appointment with a specific doctor on request, although this is not always possible.

Non-urgent advice: Cancelling or changing an appointment

Please contact the surgery as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your appointment. This will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient.

Non-urgent advice: Home visits

Home visits are at the absolute discretion of the doctors. House calls must only be requested if the patient is too ill or too infirm to attend surgery and for no other reason.

Home visits should be requested before 10am if possible.

Urgent advice: If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

Call 999 in a medical emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
